Mohamed Darwish

Mr. Darwish is a corporate lawyer (Associate) with four years of experience focused on company formation, governance and contract drafting and review.

He advises startups and established businesses on structuring, amendments and regulatory compliance and represents clients before governmental and non-governmental authorities and regulators.

Mr. Darwish holds an LL.B from Cairo University and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade Law and is currently pursuing an LL.M.

His practice blends clear, business-oriented advice with up-to-date knowledge of Egyptian corporate and investment frameworks, including procedures before the General Authority for Investment (GAFI) and related bodies.

He also has experience in labor, commercial, civil and IP disputes.
