Samer Mohamed Badran

Samer Badran is a seasoned legal professional, specializing in Arbitration, Litigation, Construction law, Government contracts, Commercial law and Oil and Gas. Accredited as an arbitrator before the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), Samer has been a counsel, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in various arbitration cases. He obtained his LLB from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University (English Section) in 1999 and later pursued an LLM in Comparative Law from the AUC in 2009.

Prior to joining Badran Law Firm as a Partner in March 2013, Samer served as a Public Prosecutor for five years and subsequently worked as a Judge in civil and lease courts, family courts, misdemeanor courts and commercial courts for another five years. Proficient in both Arabic and English, Samer's legal expertise and language skills make him a valuable asset to the firm and its diverse clientele.

Samer is a member of the Egyptian Lawyers’ Syndicate and is listed on the Arbitrators’ List at CRCICA. Additionally, he is an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Cooperative Housing Union and membership in the British Chamber of Commerce. Samer's multifaceted background and affiliations make him adept at navigating various legal matters and advocating for clients with the utmost skill and professionalism.
