Karin Soliman joined Badran Law Firm in March 2025, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Governance. She leverages a robust international legal education, having graduated in 2024 with a double degree in International Business Law from Cairo University and École de Droit de la Sorbonne (Sorbonne Law School), which provides her with expertise in both the Egyptian and French legal systems.

 

Karin further solidified her expertise by obtaining an LL.M. in International and European Business Law (Master parcours Droit international et européen des affaires) from Sorbonne Paris 1, with an advanced focus on arbitration and litigation.

 

Her corporate practice involves a range of services, including drafting and negotiating agreements related to transactions, structuring different types of companies, ensuring regulatory compliance for internal procedures, and counseling on board duties and shareholder relations in line with best corporate governance practices.
